Liverpool City Council are seeking expressions of interest for the letting of the remaining 3 units at its new Wholesale fruit, vegetable and flower market.The Development is currrently under construction with occupation available from January 2018 (earlier access will be made available for tenant fit out)

£6.50 per sqft Annually (units over 1615 sqft)
£7.50 per sqft Annually (units under 1615 sqft)

Tenure
The tenant will be offered a 10 year lease with an option to break at year 5
