The section of cleared land is approximately 1.98 acres. The land consists of grass along with two pathways connecting Caldway Drive to Holt Lane. The land has previously been listed within Liverpool's local plan as open space however the local plan now has the land listed for industrial/business use.
Planning have confirmed that the section of land is listed as mixed-use within Liverpool’s local plan. This would allow for the site to be redeveloped for an industrial/business change of use.
Tenure
The City Council owns the freehold of the land and will be disposing of the freehold interest.
