What happens next?
If we endorse your stage 1 expression of interest, we will invite you to submit a full business and costed development plan for stage 2 and discuss our expectations with you.
Once all contract provisions have been met, we will hand over the land or building to the community group.
Site Area
This lot is a portfolio of 3 vacant properties and a cleared site located off Granby Street in the Princes Park ward. The properties are approximately 2 miles south of the city centre with good transport routes, retail facilities and schools nearby. All houses are in poor condition and will require substantial refurbishment/rebuilding. Due to their condition, access will not be possible at this stage - appropriate arrangements will be made during stage 2. Photos of the interior are available on request.
