What happens next?

This lot is a portfolio of 3 vacant properties and a cleared site located off Granby Street in the Princes Park ward. The properties are approximately 2 miles south of the city centre with good transport routes, retail facilities and schools nearby. All houses are in poor condition and will require substantial refurbishment/rebuilding. Due to their condition, access will not be possible at this stage - appropriate arrangements will be made during stage 2. Photos of the interior are available on request.
Long leasehold interest
All Community Led Housing disposals are subject to council surveyor's fees of £2000 and legal fees of £3000. These fees are non-negotiable.
If your full business and costed development plan is approved we will issue a conditional offer, subject to planning consent and other statutory requirements.
