Liverpool City Council are seeking expressions of interest for the letting of the remaining 3 units at its new Wholesale fruit, vegetable and flower market.The Development is currrently under construction with occupation available from January 2018 (earlier access will be made available for tenant fit out)

Rental Figures;

£6.50 per sqft Annually (units over 1615 sqft)

£7.50 per sqft Annually (units under 1615 sqft)

Three Units available which form part of a 63,000 sqft development. Unit 3 - 4507 sqft Unit 9 - 1346 sqft with connections available to develop a cafe)

Tenure

The tenant will be offered a 10 year lease with an option to break at year 5

Fees

Service charge costs are £5 per sqft annually (there are no plans to increase the service charge in the first year of the wholesale market opening)
